Implementation of the workpiece into production
We have been operating continuously since 1979, gaining experience and trust in the foundry industry.
Production by this method can be up to half the cost of traditional cutting.
The technical expertise of our staff translates into high efficiency and quality implementation.
We comprehensively implement casting and machining processes, ensuring precision, repeatability and high quality of finished parts.

Don’t. We are a company that provides casting and machining services, for projects that are the creative invention and property of our clients.
Many factors affect the life of a die-casting mold. One of the most important is the size of production batches. The larger the batches, the longer the life of the tool will be. In addition, die-casting molds for zinc alloys, thanks to their lower melting point, have a much longer service life than molds for casting aluminum alloys.
The most popular casting alloy for aluminum die-casting, is DIN226 grade. Mainly due to its good mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance and moderate price. ZL5 alloy, on the other hand, is the most popular of the zinc alloys used for die-casting.
Yes. We can offer services from our machining range if the quality of the delivered castings allows it. Sometimes, non-metallic inclusions resulting from a not-so-carefully conducted casting process in other foundries prevent machining on CNC machine tools, for example.
In the case of aluminum alloy die castings, this is a range of 1.5 – 3 mm. However, for zinc alloy die castings, 0.8 – 1.5 mm.
